Terms & conditions.

Crossing Collective is operated by Solidays. This site helps you explore the homes, check dates and contact the hosts. Reservations are completed through Hostaway checkout.

Your reservation is subject to availability, the checkout total, the cancellation terms for your booking and the rental agreement. Cancellation terms for the home or Crossing Collective booking you select are on our policies page and are shown again at checkout. For Airbnb or Vrbo bookings, the policy shown on that platform applies.

Guests must follow the house rules, occupancy limits and pre-arrival requirements. Identity verification, a signed rental agreement and the refundable card hold must be completed within 48 hours of booking, or before check-in if sooner. Check-in instructions follow completion.

This page is a summary of the website and booking flow. It does not replace the rental agreement or the terms accepted at checkout. Read the terms summary and all policies, or contact the hosts with a question.
