Crossing Collective is operated by Solidays. Information you send in an enquiry is used to reply and help plan your stay. Please do not send identity documents or payment-card details by email or through a contact form.

The calendar, checkout and pre-arrival verification use external booking systems provided through Hostaway. Review the provider’s privacy notices and terms before submitting booking or verification information.

This website uses Google Analytics to understand how visitors find and use the site (for example, which pages lead to a booking). Google Analytics uses cookies and processes information under Google’s own notices; you can opt out with Google’s browser add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout. If we run Google Search ads, Google may record that a visit came from an ad. The booking calendar is loaded from Hostaway and may set cookies or process information under Hostaway’s own notices. If you contact us by email, your message is handled by the email services used to send and receive it.
